Keren HaKiriya Building Complex
The Keren HaKirya building complex is a proposed set of buildings in Tel Aviv, Israel. It will comprise 80-story and 50-story office towers and two 45-story residential towers that will stand above a two-story retail mall. It will be situated at the intersection of Begin Road and Sha'ul HaMelekh Street in the city's Midtown business district on an area of 38 dunams (9.5 acres). The project was initiated by the Israel Land Authority, together with Israel's Defense Ministry and the Tel Aviv Municipality, with the master planning and design developed by A.I. Begin Road
Begin Road is a major thoroughfare in Tel Aviv, Israel. It begins at Allenby Street and runs to its northern end which is at Arlozorov Interchange on Ayalon Highway. There is one interchange along Begin Road, Kaplan Interchange, located near Azrieli Center and Tel Aviv HaShalom railway station, with two lanes in each direction passing under Kaplan Street. Another interchange, Ma'ariv Bridge, was demolished on August 21, 2015, as part of the works to build the Carlebach station of Tel Aviv Light Rail. Begin Road is a section of the ancient road from Jaffa Clock Tower to Nablus in Samaria. On the Survey of Palestine map from 1944, the whole section north of the old Tel Aviv central bus station is named Petah Tikva Road. Israel Land Authority (ILA; he, רשות מקרקעי ישראל; ar, سلطة أراضي إسرائيل; "Raeshoot Mekarka'ei Yisrael") is a governmental body created as a part of a reform of the Israel Land Administration. Tel Aviv Light Rail
Dankal ( he, דנקל, commonly known as the Tel Aviv Light Rail) is a planned mass transit system for the Tel Aviv metropolitan area in central Israel. The system will include different modes of mass transit, including rapid transit (metro), light rail transit (LRT), and bus rapid transit (BRT). Overseen by the government agency NTA, the project will complement the intercity and suburban rail network operated by Israel Railways. As of 2021, three LRT lines are under construction. HaKirya, or The Kirya ( he, הַקִּרְיָה, ''lit.'' The Campus), is an area in central Tel Aviv, consisting of an urban military base north of Kaplan Street, and a civilian area south of it. HaKirya contains the Tel Aviv District's government center and the major Israel Defense Forces (IDF) base Camp Rabin ( he, מַחֲנֶה רַבִּין, ''Mahaneh Rabin''), named for Yitzhak Rabin.
