Keravnos Strovolou FC
Keravnos Strovolou FC () was a Cypriot football club based in Strovolos, Nicosia. The team was part of the Keravnos B.C. sports club, which was founded in 1926; the parent club fields a men's basketball team. Founding The Men's football division was originally formed in 1926 when Aggelos Hadjiiosif, part of Keravnos B.C. sports club, approached an amateur football team called "Neolea"(). The team, formed by various school students from the Nicosia District, qualified for the finals of a league held in Lakatamia where amateur teams were participating. Mr. Hadjiiosif approached "Neolea"() before the finals and made them an offer to appear at the finals as Keravnos Strovolou FC (), providing them with all the necessary equipment. Strovolos
Strovolos (; ; ) is a municipality in the Nicosia district, of Cyprus. It is a part of the Nicosia urban area. With a population of 71,123, it is the second most populated municipality in Cyprus, after Limassol, and the most populated municipality in the Nicosia District. It was established in 1986. Nicosia

Lakatamia
Lakatamia ( ; ) is a southwestern suburb of Nicosia, Cyprus. In terms of population, Lakatamia municipality is the third largest municipality in Nicosia district and the fifth largest municipality in Cyprus (after Limassol, Strovolos, Nicosia and Larnaca). In 2011 Lakatamia had a population of 38,345. Due to the expansion of the Nicosia urban area, Lakatamia has grown from two small villages (Upper and Lower Lakatamia) into a sizeable suburb. Lower Lakatamia used to be inhabited by both Greek Cypriots, Greek and Turkish Cypriots until the mid-1950s. Its name originates from "alakatia", i.e. wells, which were apparently abundant in the old village. Cypriot Second Division
The Cypriot Second Division () is the second highest association football, football division of the Cypriot football league system. Administered by the Cyprus Football Association, it is contested by 16 teams, with the top three teams being Promotion and relegation, promoted to the Cypriot First Division and the last three teams being Promotion and relegation, relegated to the Cypriot Third Division.
