is a special ward in the Tokyo Metropolis in Japan. In English, it is called Itabashi City. Taiwan International Queer Film Festival (TIQFF; ) is an annual LGBT film festival held each fall in Taipei, Taiwan. Other events are held in Kaoshiung and Taichung.
