Kenny Logan
Kenneth McKerrow Logan (born 3 April 1972) is a Scottish retired rugby union player who played wing (rugby union), wing for Stirling County RFC and Glasgow District (rugby union), Glasgow District at amateur level; Glasgow Warriors, Wasps RFC professional level; and Scotland national rugby union team, Scotland at international level. He won three English Premiership (rugby union), English Premierships Heineken Cup with Wasps RFC; and one Scottish Premiership title with Stirling County RFC in 1995, just before the game turned professional. Early life Logan was born on 3 April 1972 in Stirling, Scotland. The 1994 Five Nations Championship was the 65th series of the Five Nations Championship, an annual rugby union competition between the major Northern Hemisphere rugby union national teams. The EPCR Challenge Cup is an annual rugby union competition organised by European Professional Club Rugby (EPCR). It is the second-tier competition for clubs based in European leagues behind the European Rugby Champions Cup. From its inception in 1996 to 2014, it was known as the European Challenge Cup and governed by European Rugby Cup (ERC). Newbridge RFC
Newbridge RFC is a Welsh rugby union club based in Newbridge, Caerphilly, in South Wales. Newbridge RFC was formed in 1888 and joined the WRU in 1911. They play in the WRU Welsh Championship East. Club history Newbridge RFC was established in 1888, but only gained admission to the WRU in 1911, when they secured a ground and facilities up to WRU requirements. In 1925, Newbridge RFC moved to their present home at the Welfare Ground where they signed a 99-year lease at a shilling a year. A new pavilion had been constructed around this time and the club now share their ground with the local cricket team. The club are presently in their third clubhouse at the site after an explosion and two fires caused damage to past buildings. The 1996–97 Scottish Inter-District Championship rugby union Scottish Inter-District Championship was the first between the Scottish districts as professional teams. Caledonia Reds won this first professional tournament. Indeed, it was the northern Scottish district's first and only outright title in their history, since the Scottish Inter-District Championship began in 1953-54.
