Kenny Bromwich
Kenneath Bromwich (born 22 September 1991) is a New Zealand professional rugby league footballer who plays as a forward for the Dolphins in the National Rugby League (NRL), and New Zealand at international level. He previously played for the Melbourne Storm and won the 2017 NRL Grand Final and 2020 NRL Grand Finals with them. Bromwich has also played for the New Zealand Māori team. Early life Bromwich was born in Auckland, New Zealand. He moved to Melbourne, Australia, and was educated at Hallam Secondary College. His older brother, Jesse Bromwich, also plays for the Dolphins, and both of them have played for New Zealand and the Melbourne Storm. Originally a Manurewa Marlins junior in New Zealand, Kenny was signed to play for Melbourne Storm SG Ball team. When living in Melbourne, Bromwich played junior football for South Eastern Titans. NRL Under-20s
The NRL Under-20s (known commercially as the Holden Cup due to sponsorship from Holden) was the top league of professional rugby league for players aged 20 years or younger in Australasia. Contested by sixteen teams, the Under-20s competition commenced in 2008 and was originally known as the Toyota Cup. The competition runs parallel to Australasia's professional competition, the National Rugby League, with NYC matches played immediately prior to the NRL games. 2016 Anzac Test
The 2016 Anzac Test (known as the Downer Anzac Test due to sponsorship) was a rugby league test match played between Australia and New Zealand at Hunter Stadium in Newcastle. It was the 17th Anzac Test played between the two nations since the first was played under the Super League banner in 1997. Langlands Park (also known as Totally Workwear Stadium under naming rights) is a sporting venue in the suburb of Stones Corner, in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia. The New South Wales Residents rugby league team is a representative rugby league team consisting of players who compete in the Intrust Super Premiership (NSW Cup) competition. They currently play an annual fixture against QLD Cup Representative team, often as a curtain raiser to a State of Origin game. Wests Tigers
The Wests Tigers is an Australian professional rugby league football team, based in the Inner West of Sydney and South Western Sydney. The Tigers have competed in the National Rugby League (NRL) since being formed at the end of the 1999 NRL season as a joint-venture club between the Balmain Tigers and the Western Suburbs Magpies. The Wests Tigers started playing in the 2000 NRL season and they won their maiden premiership in 2005. The club also won the final edition of the World Sevens in 2004. 2013 NRL Season
The 2013 NRL season was the 106th season of professional rugby league club competition in Australia. The National Rugby League's main competition, named the 2013 Telstra Premiership after major sponsors Telstra Corporation, was contested by sixteen teams during the regular season, which lasted from March to September, and resulted in the top eight finishing teams, who went on to contest the finals. The season culminated in the Grand Final, in which the Sydney Roosters defeated the Manly-Warringah Sea Eagles 26-18 to win their first NRL premiership since 2002. The NRL season started with the 2013 NRL All Stars match, which was played in February.
