Kene Nwangwu
Kene Nwangwu (born February 9, 1998) is an American professional football running back for the New York Jets of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football for the Iowa State Cyclones. College career Nwangwu played for the Iowa State Cyclones of Iowa State University from 2016 to 2020. He led the Big 12 Conference in kickoff returns and kickoff return yards in the 2016 season. Due to an Achilles injury, he used a redshirt for the 2017 season. Professional career Minnesota Vikings Nwangwu was drafted by the Minnesota Vikings in the fourth round, 119th overall, of the 2021 NFL draft. The National Football Conference (NFC) is a conference of the National Football League (NFL), the highest level of professional American football in the United States. The 2021 NFL draft was the 86th National Football League draft, the annual meeting of National Football League (NFL) franchises to select newly eligible players for the 2021 NFL season. Each team is given a position in the drafting order in reverse order relative to its record in the previous year, which means that the team with the worst record is positioned first and the Super Bowl champion is last. Typically, a student's athletic eligibility in a given sport is four seasons, aligning with the four years of academic classes typically required to earn a bachelor's degree at an American college or university.
