Kembo Uba Kembo
Jean Kembo Uba-Kembo (27 December 1947 – 26 March 2007) was a Congolese football midfielder who played for Zaire in the 1974 FIFA World Cup. Career Born in Matete, Kembo played club football for AS Vita Club, where he would win the African Cup of Champions Clubs. He made several appearances for Zaire, including appearances at the 1968 and 1974 African Cup of Nations finals. Kembo scored two goals in the decisive qualifier versus Morocco in a 3–0 win that clinched Zaire's place in the 1974 World Cup. Personal life Kembo's son, Jirès Kembo Ekoko, was a professional footballer who played for Stade Rennais F.C. Matete
Matete is one of the 24 communes that are the administrative divisions of Kinshasa, the capital city of the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Location Matete is located south of Boulevard Lumumba () from the Matete River, just east of the Limete Tower interchange, to the Ndjili River further east. The two rivers are the western and eastern boundaries of the commune. In the west the commune extends south to the level of Rue Frontière and in the east down to the level of Mbamba Kilenda street. Matete's neighboring communes going clockwise from the south are: Kisenso, Lemba, Limete, and Ndjili. Stade (), officially the Hanseatic City of Stade (german: Hansestadt Stade, nds, Hansestadt Stood) is a city in Lower Saxony in northern Germany.
