Kemar Anderson Brathwaite (born 29 September 1993) is a Barbadian cricketer who has represented the Barbados national team in West Indian domestic cricket. Foul Bay, Barbados
Foul Bay refers to a bay, beach, and village in Saint Philip Parish, alongside the southeast coast of Barbados. Foul Bay Beach is used for excursions, picnics, wedding ceremonies, and receptions by locals and visitors to the island. It is also a nesting area for hawksbill sea turtles. There are different explanations of how the area got its name. Up to the mid-1950s fishermen used to sell their catch on Foul Bay Beach. The fish were de-scaled and gutted on the spot. The smell was foul, hence the name. Another story claims the name is a misspelling of "Fowl" Bay, and that the area once hosted many migrating birds. The Barbados national cricket team is the national cricket team of Barbados, organised by the Barbados Cricket Association (BCA). Barbados is a member of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB), which is a member of the International Cricket Council (ICC) in its own right, and Barbadians play internationally for the West Indies cricket team. 2015–16 Regional Four Day Competition
The 2015–16 Regional Four Day Competition was the 50th edition of the Regional Four Day Competition, the domestic first-class cricket competition for the countries of the West Indies Cricket Board (WICB). The competition ran from 6 November 2015 to 18 March 2016. Six teams contested the tournament – Barbados national cricket team, Barbados, Guyana national cricket team, Guyana, Jamaica national cricket team, Jamaica, the Leeward Islands cricket team, Leeward Islands, Trinidad and Tobago national cricket team, Trinidad and Tobago, and the Windward Islands cricket team, Windward Islands. The Windward Islands cricket team is a cricket team representing the member countries of the Windward Islands Cricket Board of Control. The team plays in the West Indies Professional Cricket League (including the NAGICO Regional Super50) under the franchise name Windward Islands Volcanoes. Shane Shillingford (born 22 February 1983) is a West Indian cricketer who plays first-class and List A cricket for the Windward Islands and Test cricket for the West Indies cricket team. On 4 March 2021 it was announced that Shillingford has joined Home Counties Premier League, Division 1 side Buckingham Town. Early life Shillingford was born on 22 February 1983 in Dublanc, Dominica.
