Keluang Man (film)
''Keluang Man'' is a 2025 Malaysian live-action superhero film based on the eponymous Malaysian animated series by UAS Animation Studio. Produced by Astro Shaw and Pasal Productions, it is a live-action film based on the animated series created by the late Kamn Ismail, and will be the first fully live-action film from a Malaysian animation series of the 1990s. The film will be directed, written and produced by Anwari Ashraf, who co-wrote it with Roshfaizal Ariffin, Luqman Sheikh Ghazali, Natasha Azlan and Zulaikha Zakaria. It stars Nas-T as Borhan, Remy Ishak as Shamsir, Rosyam Nor as Ahmad and Anwaar Beg Moghal as Inspector Sahab. The film was planned by Astro Shaw Writers' Room since 2019, led by Anwari and Roshfaizal. Development began in May 2023, when Anwari revealed the front page of the script through his social media. Anwari Ashraf
Anwari Ashraf Hashim (born 19 August 1989) is a Malaysian screenwriter, film producer, film director and occasional actor. He is currently become Head of Astro Shaw Ventures Production in Astro Shaw who also created Writers' Room program in 2019. He's also one of the key person behind ''Polis Evo'' franchise alongside Joel Soh and Kyle Goonting. Career Anwari began his filmmaking career when he goes to London, United Kingdom upon received Scholarship from Astro, thus studied film video and interaction arts in Middlesex University. By the meantime, he created a short drama dark comedy film titled ''Kiamu!'' and received official selection for Portobello Film Festival in London. Kyle Ezra Goonting (born 18 May 1988), also known by the nickname Be Wilder Beans, is a Malaysian film screenwriter, creative development, Supervising producer, supervising and creative producer. He is currently the head of production & development in Astro Shaw, the company he worked for since ''Polis Evo'' production. He is also one of the key people for the Polis Evo (film series), ''Polis Evo'' franchise alongside Joel Soh and Anwari Ashraf.
