Kelly Robertson
Kelly Robertson (born c. 1956) is a Canadian curler and grain and cattle farmer from Neepawa, Manitoba. At the age of 54, Robertson won his biggest event in his career by winning the 2011 Canadian Senior Curling Championships in his first try. Until winning the 2011 Manitoba Senior provincial, Robertson had not even won a provincial title of any sort. His only national experience was filled in as skip for an absent Mike McEwen at the 2003 Canadian Mixed Curling Championship, where he finished with a 6-5 record. Robertson finished the 2011 Canadian Senior Curling Championships round robin with a 10-1 record and went on to beat Alberta's Brad Hannah in the final. Kelly and his third Doug Armour were named to the All Star Team. Neepawa is a town in Manitoba, Canada located on the Yellowhead Highway at the intersection with Highway 5. its population was 5,685. Neepawa was incorporated as a town in 1883. It is bordered by the Municipality of North Cypress – Langford and Rural Municipality of Rosedale. Neepawa is the self-proclaimed Lily capital of the world in part because of its Lily Festival. The 2011 Canadian Senior Curling Championships were held from March 19 to 26 at the Digby Arena and Digby Curling Club in Digby, Nova Scotia. Mike McEwen (curler)
Michael McEwen (born July 30, 1980 in Brandon, Manitoba) is a Canadian curler from Winnipeg, Manitoba, who grew up in Brandon, Manitoba. McEwen won six Grand Slams in his career before his team qualified for their first Brier, Canada's national championship in 2016. He is noted as one of the top curlers using the Manitoba tuck delivery today. Career Early career In 1998, McEwen won his first of two Manitoba Junior championships, sending him and his team of David Chalmers, Bryce Granger and Kevin Schmidt to the 1998 Canadian Junior Curling Championships. There, he led his Manitoba rink to 9-3 round robin record, in 2nd place. This put the team in a semifinal match up against Ontario's John Morris. McEwen would lose the match 8–4, settling for third place. Tårnby
Tårnby () is a town in Denmark, the seat of Tårnby Municipality in the Capital Region of Denmark. It is located approximately south of central Copenhagen on the island of Amager. Neighbouring settlements include the Copenhagen suburb of Sundbyvester to the north and Kastrup to the south. Copenhagen Airport is situated to the east of Tårnby. It includes the islets Saltholm and Peberholm.
