Cale P. Keable (born July 10, 1976) is an American politician and a Democratic member of the Rhode Island House of Representatives representing District 47 since January 2011. He is married to Colleen Murphy Keable (née) Foley of Medford, MA Education Keable earned his BA degree at Providence College and his JD at Harvard Law School. Elections *2012 Keable and returning 2010 Republican opponent Donald Fox were both unopposed for their September 11, 2012 primaries, setting up a rematch; Keable won the November 6, 2012 General election with 3,201 votes (54.3%) against Fox. *2010 When District 47 Democratic Representative Edwin R. Robert Keable
Robert Keable (6 March 1887 – 22 December 1927) was a British novelist, formerly a missionary and priest in the Church of England. He resigned his ministry following his experiences in the First World War and caused a scandal with his 1921 novel '' Simon Called Peter,'' the tale of a priest's wartime affair with a young nurse. The book sold 600,000 copies in the 1920s alone, was referenced in '' The Great Gatsby'', and was cited in a double murder investigation. Fêted in the United States, but critically less than well-received, Keable moved to Tahiti where he continued to write, producing both novels and theological works, until his death at age 40 of kidney disease. Keable was raised in Bedfordshire and educated at Magdalene College, Cambridge. He entered a theological college after graduation and was ordained a priest in 1911. He spent the next several years as a missionary in Africa, stationed on Zanzibar and in Basutoland, before returning to Europe as an army chaplain ...

Russell Keable
Russell Keable is a British educator, composer and conductor. Keable studied conducting at the Royal College of Music with Norman Del Mar and later with George Hurst. Since 1983, he has been the principal conductor of London's Kensington Symphony Orchestra, and since 2006, the principal conductor of the University of Surrey's University Symphony Orchestra and Choir. Since 2006, Keable has taught conducting at the University of Surrey. Keable is a champion of rarely heard 20th Century works. A supporter of music of Erich Korngold, he gave the British premiere of ''Die tote Stadt'' in a concert performance. His research in LA led to the first live performance of Korngold's film score '' The Sea Hawk''. He is a noted advocate for British composers.
