Kate Mason
Kate Mason is a British sports journalist and broadcaster. Personal life Mason grew up in the village of Oundle in North Northamptonshire and educated at Oundle School. Her mother was an English teacher and Mason read English Literature at Cambridge University. She decided to pursue a career in sports journalism after being inspired by female journalists such as Clare Balding at the 2012 Summer Olympics and Jacqui Oatley on ''Match of the Day''. Her mother is a Wolverhampton Wanderers fan but like her father, Mason is a fan of Tottenham Hotspur. Career Mason started sports reporting by reporting on Squash and was featured in '' The Daily Star'' and ''Metro'' newspapers. She joined a training scheme at the BBC in which her roles included working on ''BBC Radio London'' and BBC Radio 5 sports comedy panel show ''Fighting Talk'', a show she would later appear on numerous times as a guest, and as presenter Colin Murray noted, the first member of staff to come back and win. Oundle
Oundle () is a market town and civil parish on the left bank of the River Nene in North Northamptonshire, England, which had a population of 6,254 at the time of the 2021 United Kingdom census, 2021 census. It is north of London and south-west of Peterborough. The town is home to Oundle School. History The town's name origin is uncertain. It is probably an old district name, in a grammatical form suggesting a tribal name, 'the Undalas'. Discoveries of prehistoric and Bronze Age, Iron Age and Roman materials suggest that Oundle has been a settlement location for several thousand years. Findings have included a number of Iron Age coins, and Roman bronze pins, coins and skeletons. A significant Roman find was part of a Roman cup discovered in the church yard of St. Peter's Church in the early 19th Century. Rangers TV is a British premium streaming service devoted to coverage of the Scottish football club Rangers F.C. From 2004-2009, Rangers TV existed as a sports television channel operated by Irish sports broadcasting company Setanta Sports. History Launched in July 2004 alongside Celtic TV, Rangers TV was operated by the Irish company Setanta Sports and was available on satellite and cable platforms in the UK and Ireland. The channel only broadcast on weekdays, and did not broadcast on weekends. The channel had TV shows showing highlights and full match replays of recent games. It also replayed full games from the past. There was also Reserves action and Rangers heroes programmes. The Guardian
''The Guardian'' is a British daily newspaper. It was founded in Manchester in 1821 as ''The Manchester Guardian'' and changed its name in 1959, followed by a move to London. Bart Brentjens
Bart Jan-Baptist Marie Brentjens (born 10 October 1968 in Haelen) is a Dutch racing cyclist in mountain biking. Brentjens won a gold medal for mountain biking in the 1996 Summer Olympics, the first to recognize cross-country mountain biking as an event. He followed this with bronze in the 2004 Summer Olympics. Previously he won gold at the 1995 UCI Mountain Bike & Trials World Championships. In 2007 he became 10th time Dutch National champion Brentjens competed in Men's category of the Absa Cape Epic in 2005, winning 1st place overall with team mate Roel Paulissen. In 2009 he won 2nd place overall, this time competing alongside Chris Jongewaard. Brentjens then began competing in the Master's category. He won the category in both 2012 with Jan Weevers and in 2014 with :no:Abraao Azevedo, Abraao Azevedo. He has completed the marathon stage race ten times to date.
