Kaspars Gorkšs
Kaspars Gorkšs (born 6 November 1981) is a Latvian former professional Association football, footballer who played as a Defender (association football), defender. Gorkšs was also the captain of the Latvia national football team, Latvia national team. From 2018 to 2019 Gorkšs served as president of the Latvian Football Federation. Gorkšs firstly established himself in his native Latvia before moving to English football in 2006 with Blackpool F.C., Blackpool. Kaspars Kambala
Kaspars Kambala (born 13 December 1978) is a Latvian former professional basketball player and a former professional boxer. Standing at , he plays at the position of forward-center. High school A 1997 graduate of Homestead High School in Mequon, Wisconsin and a native of Riga, Latvia. He averaged 21 points and 12 rebounds in his senior season (1996–97) and earned All-Wisconsin honors, all-state, MVP of the Northshore Conference and all-county. Homestead compiled a 16-9 overall record and finished second in conference. Kambala played in the Eddie Jones Classic All-Star game, which was held at the Pyramid in Long Beach, California, on 15 April 1997. Kaspars Bērziņš
Kaspars Bērziņš (born 25 August 1985) is a Latvian professional basketball player. He has also represented the senior Latvian national team. Professional career Kaspars started playing basketball in his hometown of Ogre. Later, he played for Skonto Riga, debuting in the 2002–2003 season. His role increased in 2003–2004, when he averaged 7.3 points and 3.3 rebounds for Skonto in the LBL and 7.3 points and 3.0 rebounds in the FIBA Europe League, now known as the FIBA EuroCup. In both of those seasons, Bērziņš played together with Andris Biedriņš. In 2004, both of them left Skonto. Biedriņš was drafted in the NBA by the Golden State Warriors, while Bērziņš moved to Spain, where he joined Unicaja Málaga. Kaspars Daugaviņš (born May 18, 1988) is a Latvian professional ice hockey player who most recently played for HK Dukla Michalovce of the Slovak Extraliga. Daugaviņš has played professionally in the National Hockey League (NHL) for the Ottawa Senators and Boston Bruins. The Senators selected him in the first round, 3rd overall, in the 2009 NHL Entry Draft. Kaspars Dubra
Kaspars Dubra (born 20 December 1990) is a Latvian former professional footballer who played as a defender for the Latvia national team. Club career Skonto Riga Dubra started playing football at the age of seven, as a youth player he played for Skonto Riga academy JFC Skonto. In 2007, he was taken to the first team by that time manager Paul Ashworth, but didn't appear on the pitch that season. Before the start of the 2008 season Dubra was loaned out to another Latvian Higher League club located in Riga JFK Olimps. He played 25 matches through the season and managed to score twice. Kaspars Stupelis (born 7 July 1982) is a Latvian sidecarcross passenger and quadruple World Champion. Stupelis won the 2015 and 2019 World Championship as passenger of Etienne Bax. His previous two world championships were gained when being the passenger in Daniël Willemsen's team. In his time with Willemsen, he also won two Dutch titles in 2003 and 2004, an achievement repeated at the side of Bax in 2012, 2014 and 2015. Kaspars Dumbris (born 25 February 1985 in Cēsis) is a retired Latvian biathlete. He competed in the 2010 Winter Olympics for Latvia. His lone race was the individual, where he finished 73rd. Kaspars Cipruss (born February 2, 1982) is a former Latvian basketball player. He is the current General Secretary of the Latvian Basketball Association. Club career Born in Rēzekne, Latvia, Cipruss started his basketball career in Latvian powerhouse ASK/Brocēni/LMT in 1998. After extinction of the team he had a brief spell in Latvian team BK Gulbenes Buki. In 2000, he drew interest from Rutgers, Wake Forest, North Carolina State, Georgia Tech, UNLV and Boston College. Kaspars Astašenko (17 February 1975 – 20 November 2012) was a Latvian professional ice hockey player. Astašenko was born in Riga, Latvia. Astašenko was drafted by the Tampa Bay Lightning in the 1999 NHL Entry Draft, 127th overall. Astašenko played parts of two seasons in the National Hockey League with the Lightning.
