Karolina Iwaszkiewicz Borchardt (26 July 1905 – 17 December 1995) was a Polish artist and aviator. She is recognised as one of the first women to earn a pilot's license from Poland. Born in Minsk, Borchardt became a test pilot and was recognised as Polish champion at the 1928 National Light Aircraft competition.
