Karl Johan Fjermeros
Karl Johan Fjermeros (29 September 1885 – 8 October 1972) was a Norwegian politician for the Liberal Party of Norway, Liberal Party. He was born in Høvåg. He was elected to the Stortinget, Norwegian Parliament from Vest-Agder in 1945, but was not re-elected in 1949. Fjermeros was a member of the executive committee of Oddernes municipality council in the periods 1936–1937, 1922–1925 and 1925–1928, and then served as mayor from 1928 to 1941 as well as briefly in 1945. In 1945 he was also briefly chairman of Vest-Agder county council. He was also acting List of County Governors of Vest-Agder, County Governor of Vest-Agder from May to June 1945. The Liberal Party ( no, Venstre, lit=Left, V; se, Gurutbellodat) is a centrist political party in Norway. It was founded in 1884 and it is the oldest political party in Norway. Høvåg
Høvåg (historically: ''Høvaag'') is a former municipality in the old Aust-Agder county in Norway. The municipality existed from 1865 until its dissolution in 1962. It was located in the southern part of the present-day municipality of Lillesand which is now in Agder county. The administrative centre of the municipality was the village of Høvåg where the Høvåg Church is located. The Storting ( no, Stortinget ) (lit. the Great Thing) is the supreme legislature of Norway, established in 1814 by the Constitution of Norway. It is located in Oslo. The unicameral parliament has 169 members and is elected every four years based on party-list proportional representation in nineteen multi-seat constituencies. Vest-Agder
Vest-Agder (; "West Agder") was one of 18 counties (''fylker'') in Norway up until 1 January 2020, when it was merged with Aust-Agder to form Agder county. In 2016, there were 182,701 inhabitants, around 3.5% of the total population of Norway. Its area was about . The county administration was located in its largest city, Kristiansand. Oddernes
Oddernes is a borough in the city of Kristiansand which lies in the municipality of Kristiansand in Agder county, Norway. The borough covers eastern Kristiansand on the east side of the Topdalsfjorden and the Varodd Bridge. The borough includes the former municipalities of Randesund and Tveit. There was a municipality of Oddernes from 1838 until 1965, but its boundaries were very different from those of the present-day borough. The office of county governor is a government agency of the Kingdom of Norway; the title was (before 1919) and then (after 1919).
