Karl Johan Aarønes
Karl Johan Aarønes (8 May 1900 – 12 August 1969) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was born in Bolsøy Municipality, attended Møre Folk High School from 1917 to 1918 and took a short technical education in Kristiania from 1921 to 1922. He had begun working with roads already in 1916, and spent most his career in the county road office. When he retired in 1967 he was director of labour in Møre og Romsdal county. He was a member of the municipal council of Molde Municipality from 1945 to 1955 and 1959 to 1963, serving as deputy mayor from 1951 to 1955 and 1959 to 1963. He served as a deputy representative to the Parliament of Norway for the constituency Market towns of Møre og Romsdal county during the term 1950–1953. Bolsøy Municipality
Bolsøy is a former municipality in Møre og Romsdal county, Norway. The municipality existed from 1838 until its dissolution in 1964. The area is now part of Molde Municipality in the traditional district of Romsdal. The administrative centre was Bolsøy on the island of Bolsøya where the Bolsøy Church is located. Prior to its dissolution in 1964, the municipality was the 304th largest by area out of the 689 municipalities in Norway. Bolsøy Municipality was the 97th most populous municipality in Norway with a population of about 7,888. The municipality's population density was and its population had increased by 30.9% over the previous 10-year period. Ulrik Olsen
Johan Ulrik Olsen (2 August 1885 – 4 October 1963) was a Norwegian politician for the Labour Party. He was born in Hitteren as a son of farmer Peder Olsen (1847–1933) og Dorothea Hesnes (1848–1931). He became a journeyman carpenter in 1899, at the age of 14, and worked in that field until 1914, when he started his own fishing business. He was involved in the local branch of the International Organisation of Good Templars, from 1917 to 1918 he was a board member of Norges kooperative landsforening, and from 1913 to 1940 and 1945 to 1947 he was the board chairman of the local newspaper '' Tidens Krav''. He was a member of Kristiansund city council from 1913 to 1951, serving as mayor from 1934 to 1940 and 1945 to 1947. He also chaired the city school board from 1928 to 1933. The Market towns of Møre og Romsdal county () was an electoral district for parliamentary elections in Norway. It comprised the market towns () of Kristiansund, Molde and Ålesund in Møre og Romsdal county. The district was established ahead of the 1921 Norwegian parliamentary election following the change from single member constituencies to plural member constituencies in 1919. Following changes in the national policy on market towns in 1952, these electoral districts were abolished ahead of the 1953 Norwegian parliamentary election.
