Karl Ellis (1888 – 1 December 1924 Tallinn) was an Estonian politician. He was a member of I Riigikogu, representing the Estonian Independent Socialist Workers' Party. Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. I Riigikogu was the first legislature of the Estonian Parliament ( Riigikogu). The legislature was elected after 1920 elections (held on 27–29 November 1920).
