Kane (Dutch Band)
Kane is a Dutch rock band formed in 1998 in the Hague. It currently consists of Dinand Woesthoff (lead vocals) and Dennis van Leeuwen (guitar), who have been the sole consistent members. At the beginning of the 2000s, Kane was seen as the biggest Dutch rock band. They achieved three number-one singles on the Dutch Top 40 and three number-one albums on the Dutch Albums Chart. The group disbanded in 2014. In 2023, they released their first song in a decade and announced five reunion concerts for June 2024, which all sold out. Krezip
Krezip is a Dutch pop rock band from Tilburg, North Brabant, formed in 1997. The band was formed while its members were in high school and has had four consistent core members, centered around lead singer and songwriter Jacqueline Govaert. Signed to Warner Music, the band's breakout single "I Would Stay" was a number-one hit on the Dutch Top 40 and the third-biggest song of 2000. Their performance at the nationally-televised 2000 Pinkpop Festival, when Govaert was 18 years old, helped earn the band significant media attention. In 2008, the band announced an imminent breakup. Their final single, "Sweet Goodbyes", reached number two on the Dutch Top 40 and was named the second-biggest song of 2009. The Erasmusbrug (English: "Erasmus Bridge") is a combined cable-stayed and bascule bridge. Construction began in 1986 and was completed in 1996. Barbara Augustine "Guusje" Woesthoff-Nederhorst (4 February 1969 – 29 January 2004) was a Dutch actress and singer. Career Nederhorst became known for playing Roos Alberts-de Jager in the television soap opera ''Goede tijden, slechte tijden'' (GTST), a role she held from 1992 until 2000. With her GTST co-stars Babette van Veen and Katja Schuurman, she formed the girl group Linda, Roos & Jessica; they performed under the names of their GTST characters. Ilse Annoeska de Lange (born 13 May 1977), better known as Ilse DeLange, is a Dutch country and pop rock singer-songwriter. In 1998, she gained fame with her single 'I'm Not So Tough', which later became multiple platinum in The Netherlands. Other hits were "Miracle", "So Incredible" and "The Great Escape".
