Kamil Glik
Kamil Jacek Glik (Polish pronunciation: ; born 3 February 1988) is a Polish professional association football, footballer who plays as a centre-back for Ekstraklasa club KS Cracovia, Cracovia. The previous clubs Glik played for include Piast Gliwice from 2008 to 2010, Palermo F.C., Palermo from 2010 to 2011, Torino F.C., Torino from 2011 to 2016 and AS Monaco FC, Monaco from 2017 to 2020, the latter two of which he was appointed Captain (association football), captain of the team. He represented Poland at UEFA Euro 2016, 2018 FIFA World Cup, UEFA Euro 2020, Euro 2020 and the 2022 FIFA World Cup, 2022 World Cup. Early life Glik's paternal grandfather, Walter Glück, was Upper Silesian, he was forcibly conscripted into the Wehrmacht. After the war, he stayed in what then became Poland. Unione Sportiva Lecce () is a professional Italian football club based in Lecce, Apulia. The club play in Serie A in the 2023–24 season, the top level of the Italian football pyramid. Giampiero Ventura
Gian Piero Ventura (; born 14 January 1948) is an Italian football manager. His playing career as a midfielder was spent in the lower leagues, having not made the grade at Sampdoria, where he began his coaching career with the youth team in 1976. He debuted in Serie A with Cagliari in 1998, and also managed Udinese, Messina, Bari, Torino and Chievo in the top flight. Ventura was the manager of the Italy national team from 2016 to 2017. The Lega Nazionale Professionisti Serie A (Italian for ''National Professionals League Serie A''), commonly known as LNPA or Lega Serie A (Serie A League), is the governing body that runs the major professional Association football, football competitions in Italy, most prominently the Serie A.
