Kamal Indrajith
Kamal Indrajith (born 3 February 1977) is a Sri Lankan former cricketer. He was a right-handed batsman and right-arm medium-pace bowler who played for Moors Sports Club. He was born in Colombo. Indrajith made a single first-class appearance for the side, during the 1995–96 season, against Sinhalese Sports Club. From the tailend, he scored 1 not out in the first innings in which he batted, and 0 not out in the second. Indrajith bowled 3 overs in the match, conceding 20 runs. Moors Sports Club
Moors Sports Club is a first-class cricket team based in Colombo, Sri Lanka. History Moors Sports Club was founded in 1908 by members of Colombo Grand Mosque at New Moor Street in the Colombo neighbourhood of Pettah. Like most clubs founded during the colonial era it was founded on ethno-religious lines and catered to the minority Moorish community. The club later moved to its present location at Muttiah Road in the neighbourhood of Slave Island. Sir Razik Fareed laid the foundation stone for a Club House on 25 September 1936 and Governor Sir Edward Stubbs declared open the pavilion on 27 February 1937. The first inter-club match at the venue was between the Moors SC and Kalutara Town Club. In 1983 the first professional players were contracted with the advent of professional cricket and the Sri Lanka national cricket team gaining Test status. 2017–18 SLC Twenty20 Tournament
The 2017–18 SLC Twenty20 Tournament was a Twenty20 cricket tournament that was held in Sri Lanka. It was played between domestic teams in Sri Lanka, with the tournament starting on 24 February 2018 and concluding on 8 March 2018. The matches were used as preparation for the 2018 Nidahas Trophy. Following the conclusion of the group stage, Colombo Cricket Club, Tamil Union Cricket and Athletic Club, Sri Lanka Army Sports Club and Nondescripts Cricket Club progressed to the quarterfinals. Nondescripts Cricket Club won the tournament, after they beat Colombo Cricket Club by six runs in the final.
