David Charles "Kale" Browne (born June 16, 1950) is an American actor. He was born in San Rafael, California. San Rafael ( ; Spanish for " St. Raphael", ) is a city and the county seat of Marin County, California, United States. The city is located in the North Bay region of the San Francisco Bay Area.
