Kalbeeba is a locality east of Gawler in South Australia. It is named for a former railway station on the Barossa Valley railway line. The northern boundary of Kalbeeba is now the Barossa Valley Way, and its southwestern boundary is the South Para River. The Concordia brigade of the Country Fire Service is based in the northeastern corner of Kalbeeba. Barossa Trail
The Barossa Trail is a cycling and walking path through the Barossa Valley in South Australia. Until 2019 the 27km between Gawler, South Australia, Gawler and Tanunda, South Australia, Tanunda was named the Jack Bobridge Track. The Jack Bobridge Track was named after Jack Bobridge, a cyclist grew up in the area. It was opened on 22 May 2014. Following Bobridge's imprisonment in July 2019 for dealing recreational drugs, the Barossa Council changed its name to the Barossa Trail, which was already the name for the shared path from Tanunda through Nuriootpa, South Australia, Nuriootpa and on the former railway route to Angaston, South Australia, Angaston. Much of the Barossa Trail follows the Barossa Valley railway line but is not a rail trail as part of the railway was still operating at the time it was built. Sandy Creek, South Australia
Sandy Creek is a town in South Australia. The town is situated approximately 6 kilometres east of Gawler and is the last town passed through before reaching Barossa Valley at Lyndoch. At the , Sandy Creek had a population of 439. The Sandy Creek Conservation Park is nearby as is Tindo, a members only gated nudist enclave with several permanent residents and a fully functioning caravan park. Geography The surrounding fields are often populated by wild kangaroos and a significant brown snake population. Yattalunga is a northern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia. It is the eastern in the City of Playford. Yattalunga is east of One Tree Hill, between the Gawler–One Tree Hill Road and the South Para River. Gawler East is a northern suburb of Adelaide, South Australia in the Town of Gawler. It is on the rising ground of the Adelaide Hills east of the town of Gawler. Some parts of the suburb date from as early as the settlement of Gawler. Other parts including newer housing estates up to still being developed in the 2010s. Gawler East has private and public primary schools. It is also the site of the Gawler Hospital and an aged care facility. Gawler South is a suburb of the South Australian town of Gawler, located in the northern Adelaide metropolitan area region, 43 km north of Adelaide.
