Kaetlyn Osmond
Kaetlyn Osmond (born December 5, 1995) is a retired competitive Canadian Figure skating, figure skater who competed in singles skating, ladies' singles. A three-time Canadian Figure Skating Championships, Canadian national champion (2013, 2014, 2017), Osmond competed internationally at the senior level from 2012 to 2018, winning three Winter Olympics, Olympic medals (gold and silver in the team event, and individual bronze), two World Figure Skating Championships, World Championship medals (gold and silver), and one ISU Grand Prix of Figure Skating Final, Grand Prix Final medal (bronze). Osmond debuted on the senior level in 2012 and won gold at the 2012 Skate Canada International. 2018 World Figure Skating Championships
The 2018 World Figure Skating Championships were held in Milan, Italy from 19–25 March 2018, at the Mediolanum Forum. Records The following new ISU best scores were set during this competition: Qualification Age and minimum TES requirements Skaters are eligible for the 2018 World Championships if they turned 15 years of age before 1 July 2017 and have met the minimum technical elements score requirements. 2012 Canadian Figure Skating Championships
The 2012 Canadian Figure Skating Championships was held from January 16 to 22, 2012 at the Moncton Coliseum in Moncton, New Brunswick. The event determined the national champions of Canada and was organized by Skate Canada, the nation's figure skating governing body. Skaters competed at the senior, junior, and novice levels in the disciplines of men's singles, women's singles, pair skating, and ice dancing. Although the official International Skating Union terminology for female skaters in the singles category is ''ladies'', Skate Canada uses ''women'' officially. Ravi Walia
Ravi Walia (born April 7, 1973 in New Westminster, British Columbia) is a Canadian figure skating coach and former competitor. He is the 1995 Canadian national bronze medallist and the 1993 Canadian national junior champion, representing the Kerrisdale Figure Skating Club, where he was coached by Dr. Hellmut May. He was later coached by Jan Ullmark and Cynthia Ullmark at The Royal Glenora Club in Edmonton, Alberta. Walia serves as an ISU Technical Specialist for Canada. He has coached several national and international champions and began coaching Kaetlyn Osmond when she was ten years old. Osmond is the 2018 Olympic bronze medallist, 2018 Olympic team gold medallist, 2018 World gold medallist, 2017 World silver medallist, 2014 Olympic team silver medallist, and a three-time Canadian national champion. Joannie Rochette
Joannie Rochette (born January 13, 1986) is a Canadian physician and retired competitive figure skater. She is the 2010 Olympic bronze medallist, the 2009 World silver medallist, the 2008 and 2009 Four Continents silver medallist, the 2004 Grand Prix Final bronze medallist, and a six-time (2005–10) Canadian national champion. Sherwood Park
Sherwood Park is a large hamlet in Alberta, Canada within Strathcona County that is recognized as an urban service area. It is adjacent to the City of Edmonton's eastern boundary. While long confined to generally south of Highway 16 ( Yellowhead Trail), west of Highway 21 and north of Highway 630 (Wye Road), portions of Sherwood Park have expanded beyond Yellowhead Trail and Wye Road since the start of the 21st century.
