Kaci Fennell-Shirley (born 9 October 1992) is Jamaican television host, model and beauty pageant titleholder who was crowned Miss Jamaica Universe 2014 and represented her country at the Miss Universe 2014 pageant. Pageantry Fennell was crowned Miss Universe Jamaica 2014 and represented Sandcastles on 30 August 2014. She represented her country at Miss Universe 2014. Fennell placed as the 4th runner-up to Paulina Vega of Colombia.
