Rincon is a census-designated place (CDP) in Doña Ana County, New Mexico, United States. As of the 2010 census, the CDP population was 271. It is part of the Las Cruces Metropolitan Statistical Area. Geography Rincon is located at (32.672457, -107.066132), adjacent to Hatch, in the valley of the Rio Grande. According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of , all land. Demographics As of the census of 2000, there were 220 people, 60 households, and 55 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 213.6 people per square mile (82.5/km). There were 65 housing units at an average density of 63.1 per square mile (24.4/km).
