Košarkarski klub Škofja Loka (), commonly referred to as KK Škofja Loka, is a men's basketball team based in Škofja Loka, Slovenia. The club was founded in 1954 and currently competes under the name LTH Castings due to sponsorship reasons. Its women's team made four appearances in the Ronchetti Cup through the first half of the 1990s. Their best result in the Slovenian Women's Basketball League is third place, achieved in 1992 and 1995. Škofja Loka
Škofja Loka (; ) is a town in Slovenia. It is the economic, cultural, educational, and administrative center of the Municipality of Škofja Loka in Upper Carniola. It has about 12,000 inhabitants. Geography Škofja Loka lies at an elevation of at the confluence of the Poljane Sora and the Selca Sora rivers, at the transition of the Sora Plain into the Škofja Loka Hills and the Polhov Gradec Hills. Ronchetti Cup
The Ronchetti Cup (called till 1996 ''European Cup Liliana Ronchetti'' and ''European Cup Winners' Cup'' till 1974) was an annual women's basketball European club competition held by FIBA between the years 1972 and 2002. It was the second competition in European basketball, after the European Cup For Women's Champions Clubs (later renamed EuroLeague Women). It was replaced in 2002 by the EuroCup Women which is the absolute equivalent.
