Kaakyire Kwame Fosu (born 14 February 1981) is a Ghanaian hiplife musician known by stage name KK Fosu.He is known for songs like "Suudwe", "Anadwo Yede" among others. Life and career KK Fosu started music at a tender age with a junior school choir back in Secondary School. He joined a live band group named "Soundz Unlimited" where he played for two years. He was later signed by DKB Productions. KK Fosu has released five albums titled "Sudwe", "Anadwo Yede", "6'oclock", Akonoba" and "Toffee". Highlife
Highlife is a Ghanaian music genre that originated along the coastal cities of present-day Ghana in the 19th century, during its Gold Coast (region), history as a colony of the British and through its trade routes in coastal areas. It encompasses multiple local fusions of African metre and western jazz melodies. It uses the melodic and main rhythmic structures of traditional African music, but is typically played with Western instruments. Hiplife is a Ghanaian musical style that fuses Ghanaian culture and hip hop. Obrafour
Michael Elliot Kwabena Okyere Darko, known as Obrafour, Rap Executioner and Rap Sofo, (born 1976) is a Ghanaian hiplife musician and rapper. Early life Obrafour was born in Obo Kwahu to a chorister, Gladys Agyapomaa, and Kwaku Okyere Darko. He wanted to become a lawyer but failed after his mother's death. This was in 1995 after one term at St. Peter's Boys Senior High School when as he was preparing for his GCE Advanced Level, A levels. He had his basic education at New Star Preparatory School and proceeded to Abetifi Secondary before getting into St. Peter's Boys Senior High School. Bice Osei Kuffour
Bice Osei Kuffour (born 17 November 1981) is a Ghanaian hiplife musician, known popularly by the name Obour, which means "stone" in the Akan language. He is the immediate past president of the Musicians Union of Ghana, an umbrella group that unites all musicians in Ghana irrespective of genre. Bice Osei Kuffour contested the NPP primaries elections in the Asante Akyem South constituency as a parliamentary candidate. Reggie Rockstone (Reginald Yaw Asante Ossei, "the Godfather of Hiplife") is a Ghanaian rapper. He was born in the United Kingdom but lived his early years in Kumasi and Accra. He has been living in Ghana continuously since he pioneered the Hip-Life movement in 1994. He is married to Dr. Zilla Limann, Daughter of Hilla Limann, the only president of the third Republic of Ghana. They have three kids together and have been married since 2001.
