KIT SC Karlsruhe Storm
Karlsruhe Storm is a lacrosse team in Karlsruhe, Germany that was founded in 2007. It was originally a university team until October 2007, when the team transferred to the Club "Karlsruher SV". In 2010 the team joined the KIT SC, the sports club of the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology. Practice takes place on the Kunstrasen field on campus. The men's teams participate in the First Bundesliga South (Team White) and in the Landesliga Baden-Württemberg (Team Green). The women's team plays in the Bundesliga South. Lacrosse is a Contact sport, contact team sport played with a lacrosse stick and a lacrosse ball.
