KITT or K.I.T.T. is the common name of two fictional characters from the action franchise ''Knight Rider''. In both instances, KITT is an artificially intelligent electronic computer module in the body of a highly advanced, very mobile, robotic automobile. The original KITT is known as the Knight Industries Two Thousand, which appeared in the original TV series ''Knight Rider'' as a 1982 Pontiac Firebird (third generation), Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. Kitt Wakeley is a Grammy award-winning American composer, producer, orchestrator, arranger, and musician. He has worked with artists Aaron Lazar, Josh Groban, Sting, Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, and others. His solo album, '' Symphony of Sinners & Saints'' (featuring Joe Satriani), charted at #1 on ''Billboard''s Classical Crossover and Classical charts as well as yielding two #1 singles. In 2023, he won a Grammy Award for "Best Classical Compendium" for ''An Adoption Story'' and was nominated in the same category in 2024 for ''Mythologies II''. He produced Aaron Lazar's album '' Impossible Dream'' which was also nominated for a Grammy Award for "Best Traditional Pop Vocal Album" that same year as well as charting at #2 on Billboard's Classical Crossover Album chart. Kitt O'Brien (born April 29, 1990) is an American former professional football offensive guard. He played college football for the Ball State Cardinals and signed with the Cleveland Gladiators of the Arena Football League (AFL) as an undrafted free agent in 2013. College career O'Brien played college football for the Ball State Cardinals, appearing in 40 games and starting 36. He was an integral piece of the offensive line in 2011, as the Ball State offensive line allowed only 11 sacks all season, 12th lowest in the NCAA. Kitt Peak
Kitt Peak () is a mountain in the U.S. state of Arizona, and at is the highest point in the Quinlan Mountains. It is the location of the Kitt Peak National Observatory. The radio telescope at the observatory is one of ten dishes comprising the Very Long Baseline Array radio telescope. The peak was named in English by county surveyor George J. Roskruge for his sister, Phillippa, who was the wife of William F. Kitt. On his 1893 Pima County Survey map, Roskruge spelled the name 'Kits'. At the request of the wife of George F. Kitt, the spelling was changed by decision in 1930.
