The station is owned by the Educational Media Foundation (EMF) and is part of its K-Love national network, airing a contemporary Christian music format. The transmitter is located near Yorktown, Texas. Prior to being exchanged to EMF in 2022, the station operated as a rimshot local station serving the eastern fringes of San Antonio area, though without a substantial signal in the market. History In August 2005, KTXX went on air as the 70th Air America Radio affiliate. In December 2006, KTXX dropped Air America and switched to a hybrid format of Spanish-language contemporary Christian music, satellite news, and commentary known as (The Light). In 2009, KTXX became , playing Spanish favorites. On November 2, 2009, the station changed their call letters to KHHL. K275CH (102.9 MHz) is an American commercial FM radio station translator licensed to Gresham, Oregon, and broadcasting to the Portland metropolitan area. The station, billed as "WE 102.9," airs a rhythmic contemporary radio format, owned and operated by Alpha Media, which owns six full-strength radio stations in the Portland market. K275CH's studios and offices are in the Alpha Media studios located in the PacWest Center on Southwest Fifth Avenue in Portland. The transmitter is located off Southwest Fairmount Boulevard, amid other Portland-area FM and TV towers. K275CH broadcasts at only 99 watts while many Portland-area FM stations operate at 100,000 watts. KLEY-FM (95.7 MHz, "Tejano 95.7") is a commercial radio station licensed to Jourdanton, Texas, and serving the San Antonio metropolitan area. The station is currently owned by Alpha Media and licensed to Alpha Media Licensee, LLC. KLEY-FM broadcasts a Tejano music format. The studios are on Eisenhauer Road in Northeast San Antonio. KLEY-FM has an effective radiated power (ERP) of 11,000 watts. The transmitter site is on Route 300 near Farm-to-Market Road in Charlotte, Texas. History Before the station was built, the construction permit was given the call sign KBOP-FM on April 6, 1998. On October 2, 2000, it changed its call sign to KBUC-FM. KBUC-FM signed on in 2001.
