Kalpetta is a city and town and Grade 2 Corporations, Municipalities and Taluks of Kerala, municipality in the Wayanad district of the Indian States and territories of India, state of Kerala. Kalpetta is the headquarters of the Wayanad district, as well as the headquarters of Vythiri taluk. It is surrounded by dense coffee and tea plantations and mountains. It lies on the Kozhikode-Mysore National highways of India, National Highway NH 766 (formerly NH 212) at an altitude of about 780 m above sea level. Kalpetta is from Kozhikode and from Mysore. Kainatty is the administrative suburb of Kalpetta. History In Wayanad, the Indian independence movement started first at Kalpetta. The Korea Communications Standards Commission () is an institution of the South Korean government that regulates communications including Cinema of South Korea, film, Television in South Korea, television, radio, and Internet in South Korea, internet. At its formation in 2008, the KCSC replaced an earlier body, the Information and Communication Ethics Committee. In September 2011, the KCSC decided to open up its three discussion committees to the public. TV program ratings The South Korean television rating system has been in force since 2000, and it started with only four classifications which are All, 7, 13 and 18. In February 2001, all programs except domestic dramas (which had been enforced since November 2002) are required to have a rating system. KUCO ( 90.1 FM) is a classical music radio station serving the Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, area, owned by the University of Central Oklahoma. Studios are located at the UCO at Santa Fe Plaza development in downtown Oklahoma City. History Student radio On October 19, 1965, the Federal Communications Commission granted Central State College a construction permit for a new student radio station to be built on the CSC campus. ( Guide to reading History Cards) On April 4, 1966, KCSC took to the air from studios in the former president's office in what had been the Central State administration building. Funded by a $25,000 donation from alumnus Homer L. Mukilteo ( ; ) is a city in Snohomish County, Washington, United States. It is located on Puget Sound between Edmonds, Washington, Edmonds and Everett, Washington, Everett, approximately north of Seattle. The city had a population of 20,254 at the 2010 United States Census, 2010 census and an estimated 2019 population of 21,441. The current site of downtown Mukilteo (also named Old Town) has been inhabited by the Snohomish people for at least 1,000 years before present. The Treaty of Point Elliott was signed in Mukilteo in 1855, opening the region to American settlement. A new town was founded at Mukilteo and served as the provisional county seat of Snohomish County in early 1861. The area remained a trading post for loggers and was home to other industries, but was overshadowed by Everett and grew slowly.
