KZMJ (94.5 FM) is a radio station serving the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex in Texas. The station airs an urban adult contemporary format. The station is licensed to Gainesville and is owned by Urban One. Co-owned with KBFB and Reach Media, its studios are located in the Stone Tower Building in North Dallas, and its transmitter is located in Collinsville. KZMJ broadcasts in HD. The station is the flagship affiliate of ''The Rickey Smiley Morning Show'' and also airs ''The D.L. Hughley Show''. History 94.5 FM signed on in 1958 as KGAF-FM, the sister station to KGAF/1580. KLIF () is a commercial AM radio station licensed to Dallas, Texas. The station is owned by Cumulus Media and broadcasts a news/ talk format to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The studios are in the Victory Park district in Dallas, just north of downtown. KLIF broadcasts with by day, but decreases its power to at night to protect other stations on 570 kHz. Its transmitter site is shared with co-owned KTCK, on Ledbetter Road in Irving. It uses a directional antenna at all times, with a two- tower array. Cedar Hill is a city in Dallas and Ellis counties in the U.S. state of Texas. It is located approximately southwest of downtown Dallas and is situated along the eastern shore of Joe Pool Lake and Cedar Hill State Park.
