Mountain Home is an unincorporated area, unincorporated community in Kerr County, Texas, Kerr County, Texas, United States, at the intersection of Texas State Highway 27, State Hwy 27 and Texas State Highway 41, State Hwy 41. Kerrville is a city in, and the county seat of, Kerr County, Texas, United States. The population of Kerrville was 24,278 at the 2020 census.
