K. Vinod Chandran
Krishnan Vinod Chandran is an Indian Judge. Presently, he is Chief Justice of Patna High Court. He is former Judge of Kerala High Court. Career Justice Vinod graduated in law from Kerala Law Academy, Kerala Law Academy Law College, Thiruvananthapuram and started his practice at Paravoor in the year 1991 and later extended to High Court of Kerala. During his practice he served as Special Government Pleader (Taxes) of the Government of Kerala from 2007 to 2011. He was elevated as an Additional Judge of Kerala High Court on 8 November 2011 and was made permanent on 24 June 2013. He was appointed as Chief Justice of Patna High Court on 29 March 2023. Patna High Court
The Patna High Court is the High Court of the state of Bihar. It was established on 9 February 1916 and later affiliated under the Government of India Act 1915. The court is based in Patna, the administrative capital of the state of Bihar, India. History of the court A proclamation for setting up the court was issued by the governor-general of India on 22 March 1912. The foundation-stone of the High Court Building was laid on 1 December 1913 by Viceroy and Governor-General of India Sir Charles Hardinge of Penshurst. Work commenced on 1 March 1916. The Patna High Court building on its completion was formally opened by the same viceroy on 3 February 1916. Edward Maynard Des Champs Chamier was the first chief justice of the court. Droupadi Murmu (, born 20 June 1958) is an Indian politician who has been serving as the 15th president of India since 25 July 2022. She is the first person belonging to the tribal community and also the second woman after Pratibha Patil to hold the office. Sanjay Karol (born: 23 August 1961) is a judge of the Supreme Court of India. He is a former chief justice of the Patna High Court and Tripura High Court. He has also served as judge and acting chief justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. Career Karol was born in Shimla in 1961. Prathibha DeviSingh Patil (born 19 December 1934) is an Indian politician and lawyer who served as the 12th president of India spanning from 2007 to 2012. She is the first woman to become the president of India. A member of the Indian National Congress, she previously served as the Governor of Rajasthan from 2004 to 2007, and was a member of Lok Sabha from 1991 to 1996. Kerala Law Academy (KLA), also referred to as the Kerala Law Academy Law College, is a self financing law college in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala, India.
