Jürgen Graf
Jürgen Graf (15 August 1951 – 14 January 2025) was a Swiss author, teacher and Holocaust denier. From August 2000 he was living in exile, later in his life in Russia, working as a translator, with his wife. Background Born in Basel, Graf studied philology at the University of Basel; English, Romance and Scandinavian studies, and in 1979 completed his licentiate. He spent several years working as a school teacher teaching languages and later taught German at a Taipei school in Taiwan. On his return to Basel, he worked as interrogator of asylum seekers at the receiving agency on the repurposed Rhine cruise ship ''Basilea''. He described his experiences in his 1990 book ''The Ship of Fools'' (''Das Narrenschiff''), over which he was accused of xenophobia. Carlo Mattogno
Carlo Mattogno (born 1951) is an Italian writer and Holocaust denier. He served on the Advisory Board of the Institute for Historical Review and as an editor of its publication ''Journal of Historical Review''. As of 2016, Mattogno is an editorial advisor and columnist for a journal published by the Committee for Open Debate on the Holocaust, also a Holocaust denial organisation. Life There is little information available about Mattogno aside from revisionist or right-wing websites. According to these sources, he was born in Orvieto, Italy and is now living with his family in a suburb of Rome. It is claimed that he has studied Latin, Greek, Philosophy, and has undertaken Oriental and religious studies. There is nonetheless no verifiable evidence concerning the date or length of his studies nor whether he has graduated. . Wilhelm Stäglich
Wilhelm Stäglich (11 November 1916 – 5 April 2006) was a World War II army officer, . later a financial judge in Hamburg, and a prominent Holocaust denier. Background Born on 11 November 1916, he studied law and political science at the University of Rostock and the University of Göttingen, from where he received a doctorate in law (Dr. jur.) in 1951. For years he served as a Fiscal Court judge in Hamburg. He was the author of numerous articles on legal and historical subjects. During the Second World War he served from mid-July to mid-September 1944 as an ''Ordonnanzoffizier'' (orderly officer) on the staff of an anti-aircraft detachment stationed near the Auschwitz camp. As part of his duties, he maintained contact with the SS camp command, and had unlimited access to the Auschwitz main camp, where the command was headquartered. Arthur Butz
Arthur R. Butz is an associate professor of electrical engineering at Northwestern University and a Holocaust denier, best known as the author of the pseudohistorical book ''The Hoax of the Twentieth Century''. He achieved tenure in 1974 and currently teaches classes in control system theory and digital signal processing. Education and career Born in 1933, Butz attended the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from which he received both his Bachelor of Science and, in 1956, his Master of Science degrees. Serge Thion
Serge Thion (25 April 1942 – 15 October 2017, Créteil) was a French sociologist. A former researcher at the French National Center for Scientific Research, he was dismissed from his position at the center for Holocaust denial activities."His Holocaust denial activities led the CNRS to fire him in November 2000. one of his critics was the writer Didier Daeninckx.
