Jökull Andrésson (born 25 August 2001) is an Icelandic professional association football, footballer who plays as a Goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper for Ungmennafélagið Afturelding, Afturelding. Andrésson has also appeared for the Iceland national football team, Iceland national team. Club career Reading Jökull progressed through the Ungmennafélagið Afturelding, Afturelding academy in his native Iceland before moving to English club Reading F.C., Reading in 2017 to join his brother, Axel Óskar Andrésson, in their youth academy. Jökull had trained on and off with Reading since 2014. Jökull turned professional with Reading F.C., Reading on his 17th birthday in August 2018, and spent the first half of the 2018–19 season on loan at Hungerford Town F.C., Hungerford Town. Mosfellsbær (, colloquially Mosó) is a town in south-west Iceland, east of the country's capital, Reykjavík. The coat of arms of the municipality is a tightly-knotted triquetra, a symbol often used in Celtic knotwork and strongly associated with the Celtic nations (which featured prominently in Celtic spirituality as well as Ancient Celtic religion in the past and, to some extent, to this day). Jonathan James Maxted (born 26 October 1993) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club Brackley Town.
