Justin Tillman
Justin Tillman (born February 2, 1996) is an American professional basketball player for the Zhejiang Golden Bulls of the Chinese Basketball Association (CBA). He played college basketball for Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU). Early life and college career Tillman attended Pershing High School in Detroit, Michigan, where he averaged 23 points, 16 rebounds, 3 assists and 4.5 blocks during his senior season. Tillman played four years of college basketball at Virginia Commonwealth University, where he averaged 18.9 points, 9.9 rebounds and 1.0 blocks per game in his senior year. Tillman finished as the Rams' third-leading rebounder (922) and tenth-leading shot blocker (102) of all time. The Grand Rapids Gold are an American professional basketball team in the NBA G League based in Grand Rapids, Michigan, and are affiliated with the Denver Nuggets. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official minor league basketball organization. The league was known as the National Basketball Development League (NBDL) from 2001 to 2005, and the NBA Development League (NBA D-League) from 2005 until 2017. The league started with eight teams until NBA commissioner David Stern announced a plan to expand the NBA D-League to 15 teams and develop it into a true minor league farm system, with each NBA D-League team affiliated with one or more NBA teams in March 2005. The 2018 NBA Summer League consisted of three pro basketball leagues organized by the National Basketball Association (NBA): the Sacramento Kings's California Classic Summer League, Utah Jazz Summer League, and Las Vegas Summer League. The Sacramento Kings hosted their own summer league event called the California Classic at the Golden 1 Center in Sacramento. The 2016–17 Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball season was the 41st season of Atlantic 10 Conference basketball. The 2017–18 Atlantic 10 Conference men's basketball season was the 42nd season of Atlantic 10 Conference basketball. The season began with practices in October 2017, followed by the start of the 2017–18 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. League play began in late December and ended on March 3, 2018. With a win over La Salle on February 20, 2018, Rhode Island clinched at least a share of the A-10 regular season championship, their first title since 1981.
