Justin Catayée
Justin Catayée (; 30 May 1916 – 22 June 1962) was a French politician who served in the French National Assembly from 1958–1962 and was the founder of the Guianese Socialist Party and hero of World War II. Cayenne (; ; ) is the Prefectures in France, prefecture and capital city of French Guiana, an overseas region and Overseas department, department of France located in South America. The city stands on a former island at the mouth of the Cayenne River on the Atlantic Ocean, Atlantic coast. The city's motto is "fert aurum industria", which means "work brings wealth".
