Luka Juričić (born 25 November 1983) is a Croatian actor, director and author. Juričić debuted alongside fellow Pula actress Jadranka Đokić in ''Šverceri hlapić'' (1999) which he also directed. His television roles include Blagoje in ''Zauvijek susjedi'' (2008), and Srećko in ''Dome, slatki dome'' (2010). Juričić also starred in some films, including ''Will Not End Here'' (2008). He is the author of the Croatian television, Croatian TV series ''Dar mar'', which debuted on Nova TV (Croatia), Nova TV in 2020. Juričić is best known for his theater work. He has starred in such productions as ''Dok nas smrt ne rastavi '' and the award-winning ''Neboder'' ("Skyscraper"). Early life Juričić was born in Pula on 25 November 1983. Bruno Juričić (born in 1977) is a Croatian architect. He represented Croatia at 2018 Venice Biennale. In 2018, Juričić won a €100 million tender for the Xia Ke complex in Haining, China, becoming the first Croatian in history to win an international tender of this size with his own project. Biography Juričić was born in 1977 in Pula, Croatia. He has a master's degree in urban planning. Juričić graduated from the Iuav University of Venice, and got his MSc with excellence from the University of Applied Arts of Vienna. Filip Juričić (born April 18, 1981) is a Croatian actor. Career He graduated from the Academy of Dramatic Art, University of Zagreb. Matthew Yuricich
Matthew J. Yuricich (January 19, 1923 – May 28, 2012) was an American special effects artist. Biography He was born of Croatian immigrant parentage in Lorain, Ohio. His father immigated to America from his native Josipdol in Gorski Kotar. Yuricich spoke only Croatian when he started grade school. After graduating high school in 1941, he joined the U.S. Navy. He served on the escort carrier USS Nassau, seeing combat in the Pacific Theater. Before becoming a special effects artist, Yuricich received a bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio where he also played football and joined Phi Kappa Tau fraternity. He received Miami's 2006 Distinguished Achievement Award for his career achievements and was a charter member of the Phi Kappa Tau Hall of Fame.
