Junior Eldstål
Junior Gunnar Putera Eldstål (born 16 September 1991) is a Malaysian professional footballer who plays as a centre-back for club Sabah and the Malaysia national team. Early life Born in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah to a Malaysian mother from Sabah and Swedish father. Eldstål's family moved to Stockholm, when he was two years old, and then to Guildford, Surrey, England in 1999. Club career Youth academy Eldstål previously played for two English (Aldershot and Reading) clubs, before having a trial with Malaysian outfit. With a Swedish father, Eldstål holds a Swedish passport but decided to pursue Malaysian citizenship because his mother is Sabahan. When he turned 19, he was enrolled in UWE Hartpury College Football Academy, where he studied a Sports Coaching degree while also being a part of the elite football programme. The Malaysia FA Cup () is an annual association football, football competition in Malaysia, established in 1990. It was previously managed by the Football Association of Malaysia, before being transferred to the Football Malaysia LLP, Malaysian Football League in the 2016 Malaysia FA Cup, 2016 season. Malaysia Premier League
The Malaysia Premier League () was the second-tier professional football league in Malaysia. It replaced the Liga Perdana 2 in the Malaysian football league system. The Malaysia Premier League was contested by 12 clubs. The season usually ran from early February to late October, with a Ramadan break depending on the Islamic calendar. Clubs played 22 matches (home and away), totalling 132 matches in the season. Most games were played on Fridays, with a few games played during weekdays. The league operated on a system of promotion and relegation with promotion to the Malaysia Super League and relegation to the Malaysia M3 League. New Straits Times
The ''New Straits Times'' is an English-language newspaper published in Malaysia. It is Malaysia's oldest newspaper still in print (though not the first), having been founded as a local offshoot of Singapore-based ''The Straits Times'' on 15 July 1845. It was renamed as the ''New Straits Times'' on 13 August 1974. The paper served as Malaysia's only broadsheet format English-language newspaper; however, following the example of British newspapers ''The Times'' and ''The Independent'', a tabloid version first rolled off the presses on 1 September 2004 and since 18 April 2005, the newspaper has been published only in tabloid size, ending a 160-year-old tradition of broadsheet publication.
