Julian Youth Academy
The River View Christian Academy (RCVA), formerly known as Julian Youth Academy, is a fully accredited, private Christian boarding school in Lee County, Texas. RCVA is a program of Teen Rescue, Inc. RCVA helped teen girls in need of regular supervision. RCVA provided an individualized education program, coaching, intervention, parent-training support groups, a high staff-to-student ratio, and aftercare support. History The campus burned in 2003. The owners tried to rebuild, but faced legal battles with San Diego County. The school was mentioned in an October 2007 hearing conducted by the United States Government Accountability Office. In 2009, they leased the old cascade school campus in Shasta County. In 2011 a mummified baby was found on the campus in Shasta County. Cascade School
Cascade School was a therapeutic boarding school located in Shasta County, California. History Cascade was founded in 1984 and enrolled students between the ages of 13 and 18 years, with a capacity for 120 students in Its final years. The school used Synanon's attack therapy session known at Synanon as the game. Cascade school was accredited by the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. In October 1985, five students went missing on a hike in Lassen County. Two helicopters took part in the search for the missing students.
