Julian Washburn
Julian Washburn (born December 18, 1991) is an American professional basketball player for the Austin Spurs of the NBA G League. He attended and played college basketball for the University of Texas El Paso. High school career Washburn attended Duncanville High School where he saw action at point guard, shooting guard and small forward throughout his prep career. As a senior, he averaged 16 points, seven rebounds and three assists, and was rated the no. 24 small forward in the country, a top-150 player overall and a three-star recruit by Rivals.com while he was rated the no. 6 prospect in the state in the Class of 2010 by Texashoops.com. Delaware Blue Coats
The Delaware Blue Coats are an American professional basketball team in the NBA G League based in Wilmington, Delaware, and are affiliated with the Philadelphia 76ers. The Blue Coats play their home games at Chase Fieldhouse. The team was founded in 2007 as the Utah Flash and served as an affiliate to the Utah Jazz. In April 2013, the 76ers acquired the team and relocated it to Delaware, where it played as the Delaware 87ers (nicknamed the Sevens) until 2018. 2018 New Zealand NBL Season
The 2018 NBL season was the 37th season of the National Basketball League. In 2018, the league welcomed back the Manawatu Jets after a two-season hiatus. The regular season commenced on Thursday 26 April in Napier with the Hawke's Bay Hawks hosting the Southland Sharks at Pettigrew Green Arena. The season contained 14 weeks of regular season games followed by a Final Four weekend in August. The Basketball Bundesliga (BBL) (English language: ''Federal Basketball League''), for sponsorship reasons named easyCredit BBL, is the highest level league of professional club basketball in Germany. The league comprises 18 teams. A BBL season is split into a league stage and a playoff stage. At the end of the league stage, the top eight teams qualify for the playoff stage, and the teams positioned in the 17th and 18th places are relegated to a lower-tier league. The playoffs are played in a " Best of five" format. The winning team of the final round are crowned the German Champions of that season. In addition to the league competition, all BBL teams compete for the German Basketball Cup. The 2016 NBA Summer League consisted of three pro basketball leagues organized by the National Basketball Association (NBA): the Orlando Pro Summer League, Utah Jazz Summer League, and Las Vegas Summer League. Ten teams participated in the week-long Orlando Pro Summer League at Amway Center in Orlando, Florida, from July 2 to 8, 2016. The NBA G League, or simply the G League, is the National Basketball Association's (NBA) official List of developmental and minor sports leagues, minor league basketball organization. Conference USA Men's Basketball Tournament
The Conference USA men's basketball tournament is held annually following the end of the regular season of NCAA Division I Men's Basketball. Format and hosts After the conference realignment, the tournament was held at FedExForum in Memphis, Tennessee, for five seasons. It moved to the BOK Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma for the 2010, and then to El Paso, Texas, at the Don Haskins Center for 2011. It returned to FedExForum in 2012, and was set to be played there in 2013, as well. However, after Memphis' decision to leave Conference USA for what ultimately became the American Athletic Conference in 2013–14, the league decided to move the tournament to a site near a school remaining in the conference, ultimately selecting the BOK Center in Tulsa.
