Julian Simon Grünke (born 31 August 1995) is a German politician from the Free Democratic Party (FDP) who briefly served as a member of the Bundestag from September 2024 to 2025. Life Grünke attended the from 2006 to 2011. In 2014 he graduated from the . From 2014 to 2016 he studied legal science and economics, but did not graduate. From 2016 to 2022 he studied political science and a minor in business economics at the Eberhard Karls University of Tübingen. He graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. From 2022 until his entry into the Bundestag in 2024 he was parliamentary assistant to the Member of the European Parliament Andreas Glück. Grünke lives in Tübingen and is married. The Bundestag (, "Federal Diet (assembly), Diet") is the lower house of the Germany, German Federalism in Germany, federal parliament. Andreas Glück is a German surgeon and politician of the Free Democratic Party (FDP) who has been serving as a Member of the European Parliament since 2019. The 2021 German federal election was held in Germany on 26 September 2021 to elect the members of the 20th Bundestag. State elections in Berlin and Mecklenburg-Vorpommern were also held. Incumbent chancellor Angela Merkel, first elected in 2005, chose not to run again, marking the first time that an incumbent Chancellor of the Federal Republic of Germany did not seek re-election.
