Jules Nesley Ronald Whitfield Walter (21 July 1929 – 20 June 2025) was an Antiguan-born British actor and activist. Career In his on-screen career, Walter primarily played smaller and uncredited parts across both film and television; when credited, his name was sometimes spelled as Jules Walters. He had appearances in four episodes of Spike Milligan, Spike Milligan's ''The Melting Pot (TV series), The Melting Pot'', two appearances six years apart in Eric Sykes' Sykes (TV series), self-titled television show and a Sea Devil warrior in the 1984 ''Doctor Who'' serial ''Warriors of the Deep'', starring Peter Davison. In film, he had a minor role in the 1978 action film ''The Wild Geese'', as well as playing Rennek, a member of Jabba the Hutt's court of criminals, in ''Return of the Jedi, Star Wars: Episode VI Return of the Jedi''. St. John's () is the largest city of Antigua and Barbuda. It is located in the western part of Antigua, surrounding St. John's Harbour. The city is Antigua and Barbuda's primate city, having a population of 22,219. St. John's also tends to dominate the parish of Saint John, which composes much of the city's metropolitan area. From its establishment after the French invasion in 1666, the city has rapidly grown, eventually replacing Falmouth as the island's dominant city. After its establishment, St. John's became an official trading point in 1675. By 1689, St. John's had overtaken Falmouth in population. St. John's continued to grow throughout the 1700s, occasionally being impacted by a fire or hurricane.
