Gyula Juhász (historian)
Gyula Juhász ( Bia, September 11, 1930 – Budapest, April 13, 1993) was a Hungarian historian, a member of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences (1985). He was the brother of the Hungarian poet Ferenc Juhász. Gyula Juhász was born in a peasant family. He graduated from a military school, but in 1956 he left the army protesting against the suppression of the 1956 Revolution. In 1958, he graduated from the Eötvös Loránd University in Budapest with a degree in history. For the following decades, up to 1985 he has been working for the Historical Institute of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. From 1985 up to his death in 1993 he was the director of National Széchényi Library. In 1985, he was elected to the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. His main research fields were the general history of the diplomacy, and the Hungarian politics between the World Wars (1930s-1940s). Roland Juhász
Roland Juhász (; born 1 July 1983) is a Hungarian former professional footballer who played as a centre-back. Career MTK Budapest Juhász spent his youth career in Tápiószecső playing for the local club Tápiószecső FC. He started his professional career at the MTK Budapest FC in 1999. Playing 107 Hungarian League matches and scoring 12 goals convinced the Hungary national football team coach to list him in the squad. Juhasz became Hungarian League champion in the 2002–03 season with MTK Budapest. At the end of the 2004–05 season of the Hungarian League, the Belgian club RSC Anderlecht signed him. Mónika Juhász Miczura is a Hungarian Roma singer, also known as Mitsou and Mitsoura. She is a former member of the folk ensemble Ando Drom, and a founding member of the electronic/world music group Mitsoura. She has contributed to film soundtracks; in Tony Gatlif's film '' Gadjo dilo'' (1997) she provided the voice of an unseen singer pivotal to the story. Katalin Juhász (, born Juhász Katalin; born 24 November 1932 in Hódmezővásárhely) was a Hungarian foil fencer. From 1947, she was the fencer of ''Szegedi Postás'', from 1950 the fencer of ''Szegedi Haladás'', from 1957 she played in ''OSC'' (''Orvosegyetemi Sport Club'', Sport Club of the University of Medicine). From 1957 to 1967, she was a member of the Olympic team of Hungary. During her career, she won two Olympic and seven world championship medals. She stopped active sport in 1967. István Juhász (17 July 1945 – 16 September 2024) was a Hungarian football midfielder, who played for Ferencváros. Juhász won a gold medal in football at the 1968 Summer Olympics and also participated in UEFA Euro 1972 The 1972 UEFA European Football Championship final tournament was held in Belgium.
