Judith Uitermark
Judith Johanna Marianne Uitermark (born 20 September 1971) is a Dutch judge and politician of the Christian democratic New Social Contract (NSC) party. Since 2 July 2024 Uitermark has served as Minister of the Interior and Kingdom Relations, minister of the interior and kingdom relations in the Schoof cabinet. Early life and career Uitermark was born on 20 September 1971 in Edam, Netherlands, Edam in North Holland. She attended secondary education in Breda from 1983 until 1988, graduating with a diploma, and she studied business administration and economics at a Haarlem vocational university. She went to the University of Amsterdam in 1993 to study law and public administration. The Farmer–Citizen Movement ( ; BBB) is an agrarian and right-wing populist political party in the Netherlands. It is headquartered in Deventer, Overijssel. The Party for Freedom ( , PVV) is a right-wing populist, far-right political party in the Netherlands. Geert Wilders is the founder, party leader, and sole registered member of the party. Founded in 2006 as the successor to Wilders' one-man group in the House of Representatives, it won nine seats in the 2006 general election. In the 2010 general election, it won 24 seats, making it the third-largest party. At that time, the PVV agreed to provide confidence and supply to the minority first Rutte cabinet. 2023 Dutch General Election
Early general elections were held in the Netherlands on 22 November 2023 to elect the members of the House of Representatives (Netherlands), House of Representatives. The elections had been expected to be held in 2025, but a snap election was called after the fourth Rutte cabinet collapsed on 7 July 2023 due to disagreements on immigration policy between the coalition parties. Pieter Omtzigt
Pieter Herman Omtzigt (; born 8 January 1974) is a Dutch former politician who served as a member of the House of Representatives (Netherlands), House of Representatives between 2003 and 2025 apart from a short interruption between June and October 2010. He was a member of the Christian Democratic Appeal (CDA), but left in 2021 and continued as an independent.
