Judgement, also known as , was a professional wrestling event promoted by DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT). It took place on March 25, 1997, in Tokyo, Tokyo, Japan, at the Hibiya Radio City. It was the first event under the DDT Judgement, Judgement name and also the first ever pay-per-view hosted by DDT. Storylines Judgement featured four Professional wrestling match types, professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and Narrative thread, storylines. DDT Pro-Wrestling
is a Japanese professional wrestling promotion based in Shinjuku, Tokyo. Its name stands for Dramatic Dream Team, which was the promotion's official name from 1997 to 2004. Founded in March 1997 by Shintaro Muto, the promotion was eventually bought and managed by Shoichi Ichimiya until December 2005, when Sanshiro Takagi took over as the new president. In 2017, DDT was sold to CyberAgent. Takagi retained his position, while Takahiro Yamauchi took over as the new DDT director. DDT became one of the top promotions in Japanese independent wrestling by creating a unique sports entertainment style, often parodying WWE, with a Japanese puroresu flair to the matches. Kyohei Mikami
(born December 28, 1973), known by his stage name Mikami, is a Japanese professional wrestler. He is best known for his work for Dramatic Dream Team both as a singles wrestler and with Thanomsak Toba in a tag team called Suicide Boyz. Career Coming from a background in gymnastics and Greco-Roman wrestling, Mikami started training professional wrestling in Universal Lucha Libre in 1993. After passing another tentative year in Michinoku Pro Wrestling, he eventually joined Pro Wrestling Crusaders, where he served as a referee before debuting in 1996 against Nosawa Rongai. Professional wrestling is a form of theater that revolves around staged wrestling matches. , better known by his ring names Nosawa and , (born December 17, 1976) is a Japanese freelance professional wrestler, best known for his appearances in All Japan Pro Wrestling and various independent promotions. Career Early career (19952004) Nosawa spent most of his early career training and wrestling in Mexico, most notably with Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL). , better known by his ring name , is a Japanese professional wrestler. Takagi's gimmick is that he is Stone Cold Steve Austin. He is known in Dramatic Dream Team (DDT) and around the micro-indy scene for his hilarious promos and natural charisma as well as his extensive use of comedy in his matches.
