Juan Radrigán
Juan Rojas Radrigán (January 23, 1937 – October 16, 2016) was a Chilean playwright, novelist and poet. He was awarded Chile's National Prize for Performing and Audiovisual Arts in 2011. Biography Radrigán was born in 1937 in Antofagasta, Chile, one of three brothers born to working-class parents. As a child, Radrigán worked to support the family's scant income, never receiving a formal education. Entirely self-taught, he became an avid reader and began writing poetry and stories from the age of twelve. Radrigán was appointed editor of ''Unpublished Notebooks'', an official publication of the Unpublished Writers Center, from November 1961 to July 1962. At the age of 25 he published his first volume of short stories ''Los Vencidos no Creen en Dios'', followed six years later by his second novel ''El Vino de la Cobardía''. Nelson Brodt
Nelson Omar Brodt Chávez (born 7 August 1943) is a Chilean actor, director, dramatist, and teacher, with an extensive career in theater, film, and television. Career Nelson Brodt began his career at the Theater of the University of Concepción, where he developed an intense theatrical focus. In 1971 he emigrated to Santiago, where he participated as an actor in the Theater Company, the Los Cuatro Theater Company, the Nuevo Popular Theater, and the . Sian Reese-Williams (born 18 November 1981) is a Welsh actress, best known for playing detective Cadi John in three series of '' Hidden''. Early life Reese-Williams was born in Glanamman, South Wales. She lived in Swansea until the age of 4, when her family moved to Brecon, Mid Wales, where she attended Brecon High School. Theatre503 is a theatre based at 503 Battersea Park Road in Battersea in the London Borough of Wandsworth, above The Latchmere pub. The venue is known for promoting the work of new writers. History The theatre was founded in 1982 as the Latchmere Theatre (the name taken from that of the pub downstairs), an offshoot of the Gate Theatre, Notting Hill Gate. It is a studio theatre. The opening production was an adaptation of '' Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas'', which proved so successful that the production transferred to the West End.
