Juan Pablo Jofre
Juan Pablo Jofre (also known as J.P. Jofre; born 1983) is a Grammy nominated Argentinian musician, composer, and arranger. He plays the bandoneon. Life J.P. Jofre was raised in San Juan, Argentina. He attended San Juan's Escuela de Música. He primarily was a drummer, and also studied the vibraphone, bassoon, piano, singing and double bass. He played in a heavy metal band. When he was seventeen, his uncle played a record for him by Astor Piazzolla and Jofre fell in love with the sound and style of the bandoneon. In 2002 or 2003, he relocated to New York City with his mother and brother. His brother, who is deaf, struggled to find decent education in Argentina, but succeeded in finding it in New York, hence the relocation. He lives and works in Harlem in New York City. "I Am the Walrus" is a song by the English rock band the Beatles from their 1967 television film ''Magical Mystery Tour (film), Magical Mystery Tour''. Written by John Lennon and credited to Lennon–McCartney, it was released as the B-side to the single "Hello, Goodbye" and on the ''Magical Mystery Tour'' EP and album. In the film, the song underscores a segment in which the band lip sync, mime to the recording at a deserted airfield. Lennon wrote the song to confound listeners who had been affording serious scholarly interpretations of the Beatles' lyrics. Juan Leovigildo Brouwer Mezquida (born March 1, 1939) is a Cubans, Cuban composer, conducting, conductor, and classical guitarist. He is a Member of Honour of the International Music Council. Early years Brouwer was born in Havana, Cuba. When he was 13, he began classical guitar with the encouragement of his father, who was an amateur guitarist. His teacher was Isaac Nicola, who was a student of Emilio Pujol, who was himself a student of Francisco Tárrega. At age 17 he performed publicly for the first time and began composing. Fernando Otero is a Grammy-award-winning Argentine pianist, vocalist, and composer.
