Ibarra (; full name San Miguel de Ibarra; Quechuan languages, Quechua: Impapura) is a city in northern Ecuador and the capital of the Imbabura Province. Joao Robin Rojas Mendoza (; born 14 June 1989) is an Ecuadorian professional Association football, footballer who plays as a Midfielder#Winger, winger for Asociación Deportiva Tarma, ADT.
